Our Co-Founder

Sertac Ozinal is the co-founder of Purus Partners with extensive experience in the financial sector. He began his career at Andersen Consulting, where he worked in Chicago and Istanbul.

After several years at Pamukbank, Ozinal joined Interbank Card Center (BKM), a leading provider of electronic payment systems and services in Turkey. During his time at BKM, he served as CEO from 2004 to 2011 and played a key role in the development of Turkey's electronic payment systems.

Following BKM, Ozinal founded Payfessional, a payment technology company that provides innovative solutions to businesses. 

In addition to Payfessional and Purus Partners, Ozinal is a General Partner at True Global Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital firm that invests in startups across the world. He is also a board member of Turkishbank.

Ozinal is also known for his deep knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and web3 fintech, which are expected to transform the financial industry in the coming years.
